Comforting noodle bowl that is going to give your buds a dance…

Garlic Yuzu Broth

  • 6 Cups Water

  • 3 Garlic Cloves (zested)

  • 1/4 Cup Yuzu Juice

  • 2 Mushroom Bouillon Cubes

  • 1/2 Cup Tamari or Soy Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon Togarashi

  • 3 Green Onions (white parts only- save green tops for garnish)

  • 1 Lime (Zested and Juiced)

  • tt Pink Himalyan Salt

  • Pinch of White Pepper

  • Optional- 3 Ounces Hijiki Flakes or Kombu

  • 1-9.5 Ounce Pack of Soba Noodles (I used Green Tea Soba Noddles)

  • An assortment of Vegetables and Protein Below

The simplicity of this recipe is just tossing everything into a pot and simmering on low until the broth has been able to marry all of these flavors. Enjoy with fresh Veggies and Plant Protein. Garnish with the sliced green onion tops.

These are some of the great Vegetables you can add to this dish. Try Roasting or sautéing them for additional flavor:

  • Asparagus

  • Kale

  • Pan Seared Mushrooms (I used Shiitake)

  • Tofu

  • Edamame

  • Raw Sweet Potato (Julienne or Shredded-in picture)

  • Carrot

  • Bok Choy

  • Green Greens

  • Or any personal favorite vegetable
