Charity Charcuterie

Whenever I tell people I’m vegan, one of the first things they say is “I could never give up cheese.” Lucky for anyone on the fence about committing to a vegan lifestyle, you don’t have to— there are plenty of amazing dairy-free cheese options on the market!

To prove that even the most avid cheese fan can make the change, I created this charcuterie board with Miyokos Creamery cheeses. Miyokos is based out of Sonoma, California, where they create some of the creamiest plant-based cheeses on the market!

Like any good charcuterie board, this requires no measurements. I’ve listed all of the items I used for mine but you can fill the board to your heart’s desire, and feel free to change things up to your preferences. Got a cheese board must-have? Let me know in the comments!
